A member of AIAC since 1989, Flexibülb is an aircraft interior components manufacturer who has been serving the aerospace industry for more than 30 years as a supplier of non-metallic aircraft parts and advanced materials.
Flexibülb's main angle of attack is rapid-response technical service directed to the needs of aircraft prime manufacturers, commercial airlines, helicopters and fixed wing aircraft operators; all with a view to maximise customer cycle times and reduce inventory levels.
Complex shaped parts combining high degree of CMM precision standards with specified material resistance or integrity requirements are developed and executed by Flexibülb's team of engineers and technicians trained to the latest advanced materials and composites technology.
Flexibülb uses modern NC equipment for precision machining and precision cutting of most types of engineered plastics and composites to customer's exacting standards. Flexibülb can also count on ample vacuum thermoforming and calibrated temperature-controlled oven capacities.
Flexibülb tooling and molds are developed, manufactured and, optionally, warehoused in company stores for customer convenience or accrued security.
Flexibülb is an active risk partner in all major commuter, business aircraft, flight and trainer simulator system and amphibious aircraft construction programs currently operative in Canada.
Flexibülb's manufactured products range form aircraft windshields to a full line of specialized ground support equipment, including precision nacelle blanks for many of the power plants currently mounted on the more recent business and commuter aircraft types in America and in Europe.
Flexibülb's engineering department is supported by a fully maintained 3-D CATIA based computer assisted design system. Flexibülb's quality system is certified to ISO 9001-9002. Flexibülb's quality assurance program is compatible with AQAP 4, MIL-I-45209A and MIL-45662A specifications.
Flexibülb also serves customers in the Rail and Mass-Transit Ground Transportation Systems and Emergency Medical Transportation industries. In this capacity, through exclusive cooperation with affiliate Novacentre Technology Ltd affiliate, it manufactures and distributes the exclusive line of Medevac high-payload, Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances. This particular product is certified to the KKK-A-1822, NQ1013-110 standards, and also meets all relevant FMVSS and CMVSS specifications. Flexibülb is the authorized holder of Transport Canada national safety mark I-81.
